where you are



I don't know where you are right now
and I don't know what is going through your mind
what is making your heart soar
or making it sink

I don't know what you are laughing about
or crying about
what you are changing
or wishing you could change

but there is something that I know
and I am learning to remember always
that no matter where you are
God is forever constant
He is forever faithful
He holds the world
He holds you and I
and He never
ever
ever
gives up on us

so I'm not giving up
and please
you shouldn't either.
